Vendor Application Process
To participate, you must complete the following steps:
Step 1: Complete Vendor Application
• Include supporting documentation based on vendor category.
• Return your completed application and supporting documentation to:

Step 2: University Review
• Once your Vendor Application is received, University administrators will review your application and vendor documentation.
Step 3: Follow-Up
• If your application is approved, a Friendship Games representative will contact you. We will send you the Friendship Games Vendor Booth Reservation Packet. You will need complete the Vendor Payment Form and submit payment.
• If your application is not approved, a Friendship Games representative will contact you to explain the reason(s).
Step 4: Vendor Confirmation
• Once we receive your Vendor Payment Form and payment, a Friendship Games representative will confirm your vendor booth.
